It was my first Thai massage, and it felt like a combination between a post work-out assisted sports stretch, a deep tissue massage and a relaxing massage. Kitty, my therapist, was professional and friendly. She checked throughout the massage to see if the pressure, angles, and heat levels were okay with me. I left feeling like a wrung out towel, in the best of ways. There was minor discomfort as she worked through the large muscles and massaged my tightest areas, but this is normal and I felt wonderful afterwards. It was a good value for the price, the environment is calming, and I will happily go back.
